When you call, text, email or send a quote request, we receive what you share: your name, phone number, email address, event date, location and event details, plus any photos you send.
Only to answer your request, prepare a quote and schedule your event. Your request may be shared with the local balloon decorator or balloon artist who will handle your event, and with no one else.
Our phone line uses a call-tracking service. Calls may be recorded and texts stored for quality and scheduling purposes. Quote-form submissions are delivered to our inbox (info@balloonarcharlington.com) by a form-delivery service and may be forwarded to the local provider handling your event.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Like most websites, our host may log basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.
